Garden paths, access walkways, commercial footpaths and custom-shaped runs across Edinburgh and the Lothians, cut to fit awkward ground. Durable, safe, and good to look at.
Expert advice on the best pathway solution for your space and your budget.
The four types of pathway we lay
We design as well as lay. It starts with a consultation and a design for the space, then runs through to completion, so the finished path matches what you had in mind and improves how the property works as well as what it is worth.
You’ll get clear timelines, transparent pricing and a written estimate before anything starts.
Garden pathways
Enhance outdoor spaces and improve access to sheds, bins and back doors.
Driveway-side paths
A safe strip to walk on, so you’re not squeezing past the car in the dark.
Commercial walkways
Built for durability and high usage.
Custom-shaped paths
Cut to fit unique landscapes and layouts, including curves and level changes.
Professional service and very receptive to all my enquiries. Extremely helpful throughout all the work I had carried out and any questions I asked. Great price and the work was completed in time. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done. Thanks again 👍🏼

Frequently asked questions about pathways
Both. We design as well as install, and we’ll guide you through every step from the first consultation to completion, so the finished path matches what you had in mind. Awkward shapes, curves and level changes are cut to fit the ground rather than forced into a straight run.
Usually. If there’s a gate wide enough for a barrow we can hand-lay it; if not we’ll look at access round the side or through a neighbouring gap. Tell us what the access is like when you get in touch, because it makes a difference to the estimate.
Yes. We work for both residential and commercial clients, and commercial walkways are built for durability and high usage.
Not up through the surface itself. Weeds show at the edges, where the tarmac meets soil, so how the edge is finished makes the difference. There are a few options — block, kerb or timber — and we will go through them and what each one adds when we price the job.
Tarmac dries in 24 hours, so leave it a day before it gets any real use.
Yes. Access is the thing worth telling us about when you get in touch — on a rural plot it decides whether the tarmac comes in by machine or by barrow.
Edinburgh and the city suburbs, out across Midlothian, East Lothian and West Lothian, and south into the Scottish Borders. We work for residential and commercial clients across all of it.

I was taken aback at how professional, courteous and hard working these guys were. They turned up everyday on time and worked flat out completing my drive within the timeline stated.
I was absolutely delighted with my new driveway and the price quoted.
